BOOTCAMP
For the past three years Fitlife has successfully run Bootcamp programs. The people we usually get signing up for Bootcamp are looking for something challenging. Whether it be weightloss goals or simply wanting to get fitter, Bootcamp is the answer. All sessions start at 6am and often its pretty tough at the start getting up at that time but once your into the swing of things you'll love it.

What is Bootcamp? Bootcamp is an exciting, physical conditioning program. It combines a variety of strength, endurance and cardiovascular activities combined with the camaraderie and motivation that comes from training in groups. Bootcamp is designed to challenge all aspects of your health and fitness.

Do I need to be fit? You will need to be able to at least walk around the block. In week one everyone participates in a fitness evaluation and from there you will be placed in a group with others of a similar fitness level.

Why Bootcamp? Bootcamp training takes you out of your comfort zone. All sessions are held outdoors, rain, hail or shine. For eight weeks you are going to be challenged both physically and mentally. No need for expensive gym memberships here, as all we need you to do is make a commitment for five weeks.

What are the trainers like? All of the trainers that Fitlife use for Bootcamp are qualified fitness professionals. All instructors are trained in first aid and rather than yell at you, you'll find lots of encouragement and motivation.

Where is Bootcamp located?  we use various locations around the eastern suburbs, which you will be advised of.

What are the training times? Mon/Wed/Fri 6am-7am. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the session starts.

How much does it cost? A eight week Bootcamp costs $320.00 per person for the 24 sessions.  Thats certainly a lot cheaper than one on one personal training or a gym membership.

What if it rains? You get wet.

How do I sign up? On signup day  you just need to fill out our registration form. We can take cash, credit card, cheque or direct deposit. We will answer any questions you have and from there we will record your weight, and take a few measurements, so that in eight weeks time you can see how well you've done. If for some reason you can’t make it on the signup day just give us a call to schedule another time.

What do I bring to camp? From session one you will be required to wear comfortable workout clothing, along with appropriate running shoes. You will also need a water bottle to ensure proper hydration.

Bootcamp for Companies

We also provide Bootcamp to companies on their premises. The sessions usually take place at lunchtime, or before work and are structured for the fitness level of those involved. These sessions are generally 30 minutes and are a great team building activity.
